Strozen Machine Barrel :

Strozen Machine Barrel is manufactured from nitro alloy (EN-41B) material which is available in Indian as well as Imported make. The material is toughened in raw condition that is ‘S' or ‘T' condition up to 30/32 RC which gives hardness to the material. Then after machining to be done as per required dimension of outer layer and keep 1.0 mm on outer diameter and 1.0 mm on inner diameter. There are stresses development while machining that is to be relieved known as stress relieving, the base hardness is reduced by 2 RC maximum.
